How do I book your services? Booking with us is simple! Start by sending us an email to check our availability and ask any questions you may have. From there, we can organise a time to chat over the phone or have a virtual meeting via FaceTime or Zoom to discuss any further details.

Who will be my photographer on the day? Eddie & Sarah will be there for every moment of your special day.

Can I arrange a meeting to discuss the day? While we have limited availability for in-person meetings due to our busy schedule, we always try to accommodate your needs. If an in-person meeting isn't possible, we're more than happy to discuss everything over the phone to ensure your day is captured perfectly.

How many photos will I receive? Every wedding day is unique, and the number of photos will differ from wedding to wedding. For the 2-hour package, you can expect to receive 200-300 photos. If you opt for the 9-hour packages, you will receive around 400-700 beautiful memories of your special day.

What camera equipment do you use? We utilise top-tier equipment to capture your precious moments. Our gear includes professional-grade, full-frame Sony Cameras along with high-quality Tamron and Sony lenses.

How does the booking process work? Upon confirming our availability for your chosen date, we will send you a link to a questionnaire to better understand your requirements. Once this is filled out, we will provide you with a comprehensive wedding packet, which includes a deposit invoice and photography agreement to sign.

Who owns the photos? We believe in giving our clients full freedom with their photos. You are free to use the photos in any manner you wish without any restrictions. However, we retain the right to use the photos strictly for our portfolio and advertising purposes.

How does payment work? We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your date upon booking. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon delivery of your photos.

When will I receive my photos? We understand how eagerly you look forward to your wedding photos. That's why we ensure you receive them within two weeks of your wedding.
